1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 2–8 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express delivery may be available in select metro cities, subject to serviceability and courier partner availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999/-.
  • A fixed shipping fee will be applicable for orders below ₹999/- (this will be shown at checkout).

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver only within India.
  • Serviceability depends on courier partner coverage in your PIN code.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Sale periods and high order volumes
  • Festival seasons
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations
  • Weather conditions or operational issues with courier partners

Loop & Loom is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses or locations.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
Loop & Loom is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via SMS/email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery a limited number of times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin. In such cases, re-shipping or refunds will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
