At Loop & Loom, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy below.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original condition
With original tags intact
In original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear
Clearance / sale items
4. Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged product received
Defective product
In such cases, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos of the product and packaging.
5. Return Pickup
We offer return pickup service in serviceable locations.
If return pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you with alternate return instructions.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after quality check of the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for placing the order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by you.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Promotional Offers & Refund Adjustments
If the product was purchased under a promotional offer or discount, the refund amount may be adjusted as per the offer terms.
If the return makes the order ineligible for the offer, the benefit of the promotion may be reversed in the refund.
8. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for size issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchanges are applicable only for the same product and color.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
9. Return Rejection
Returns may be rejected if the product is found to be:
Used
Washed
Stained
Damaged by customer
Missing original tags or packaging
In such cases, the product will be shipped back to you without any refund.
