Regular Fit vs Oversized: How to Choose Your T-Shirt Size

Choosing the wrong size is the most common reason people are unhappy with a T-shirt bought online. This quick guide helps you choose between regular fit and oversized.

Regular fit

A regular fit follows your body without clinging. If you want a classic, neat look, such as a polo for work or a plain round neck under a jacket, choose your usual size. Browse our Round Neck and Polo T-shirts.

Oversized

An oversized T-shirt is cut wider with a relaxed drape through the body. For the intended look, order your usual size. If you want a milder relaxed fit, go one size down. See our Oversized T-Shirts.

Three steps to the right size

  1. Measure a T-shirt you already own and like, laid flat, across the chest.
  2. Compare it with the measurements on our Size Guide.
  3. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed fit or the smaller for a closer fit.
